⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will resolve the issue promptly by offering:

  • A full refund — at no extra cost to you

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange for a different model, color, or version:

  1. Return the original item (after approval)

  2. Place a new order once your refund has been processed

This method helps ensure the fastest processing and the best inventory availability.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal.

During this period, you may return any unused product for a full refund—no explanation required.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with the result.
